Excellent casebook that even does the job of a textbook.

Excellent book, explains the core concepts, if not all of the concepts, in a brief nutshell with clear and concise explanation at the start of the chapter as well as in the sub-sections. Lucidity at its best, which McKendrick's Contract Law seems to lack. The author follows up each case with a case analysis/case note and remarks for thought and reflections from an objective outside-the-box perspective. More importantly, usually after each chapter, the author provides a recommended list of further readings and articles - a useful starting point for those who need to do further research for seminars/tutorials and essays.
